You may have noticed my slight obsession with wild garlic this season! Well I have an other post to share even more about this great plant with you.
While I was in the Botanic Gardens this week I stumbled across a great patch of wild garlic mixed with wood anemone and blue bells. After weeks of waiting though, the wild garlic is finally starting to flower.
I must admit I am a massive fan of the delicate white flowers. They sit quiet happily amongst the dusky blues of the anemones and blue bells. The flowers as well as the leaves make a great addition to salads or can equally be used as garnishes for dishes.
